I have within me the capacity
To make peace with all things;
To face my fears, pains, and betrayals.
The deep abiding wisdom within me
Sees the deeper truth of all that happens.
The soft light in my heart holds
Myself and others in the light of forgiveness.
The vastness of my inner knowing
Smiles and transmutes all experiences into something Higher.

The truth within me wants to move on.

To reach my highest potential and be the best that I can be.
Within me is a precious essence to which a price cannot be given.
And a presence who believes in me,
and fills me with courage and tenacity.
Awareness, intuition and feeling are my innate gifts.
Love’s embrace and compassion to nurture myself.
Power and burning desire to keep moving forward.
A profound capacity to be still
To help me connect with the Divine.

For nothing real can ever be lost;
The treasures truely worth having
are the ones within me.
